Please read carefully before proceeding with installation.
Your failure to follow any attached instructions or operating parameters may lead to the product’s failure and possible damage to property. If your actions caused failure, the warranty will be void.


What your Warranty Covers In the First 12 months. You can get a full refund for any reason or get a replacement unit. if any part of your Eco-Hot Valve, is defective in workmanship and/or materials, we will exchange your old unit for a new one. after obtaining a return authorization code by calling  (707-617-8000), You will purchase a new valve. (Be sure to note that it is a Replacement purchase so we can Expedite the shipping). As soon as you install your new valve, return the old valve for a full refund of purchase price. If you simply want a refund, just send us the old valve with date of purchase  and we will refund as soon as we receive the valve kit with hoses and adapters. 

TEN YEAR Replacement: After 12 months: For warranty exchange,

call (707-617-8000) for an exchange authorization number. 

Then, Purchase a new valve online. We will ship you a new valve ASAP. After you install the new unit, Ship your old unit to our California address, freight and insurance prepaid, with proof of date of original purchase. When we receive the old unit, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price. Please include a note stating the problem so that we can improve our product.

What this warranty does not cover:
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation, (contrary to Eco-Hot printed instructions), from abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, neglect, alteration, accidents, fire, flood, freezing, environmental factors,.This warranty will be void if defects occur due to failure to observe the following conditions: 


  1. The Eco-Hot Valve must be hooked up to a potable municipal or well water supply.This warranty does not cover any equipment that is relocated from the site of its original installation.This warranty does not cover any equipment that is installed or used outside the United States of America and Canada. 

  2. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: Eco-Hot WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Eco-Hot WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRAVEL EXPENSE, TELEPHONE CHARGES, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE EQUIPMENT, AND DAMAGE CAUSED BY THIS EQUIPMENT AND ITS FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. THIS WARRANTY SETS FORTH ALL OF Eco-Hot RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING THIS EQUIPMENT.YOUR RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW:  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
